TypeBuild
FILE — TB / ALPHA-01
Operating in stealth · Alpha

More time with patients, less time on paperwork.

TypeBuild builds AI-assisted practice management for small healthcare businesses — an assistant that handles the scheduling, billing, and follow‑through, so doctors and their staff can stay focused on the person in front of them.

01 · The problem

The mundane work crowds out the reason you got into this.

A clinic, a dental office, a home‑health agency — the clinical work is the job. Everything around it — chasing prior authorizations, reconciling claims, confirming appointments, keeping records current — is overhead nobody was hired to carry. It pulls doctors and staff away from patients, and it gets done late, if at all.

02 · What we're building

An AI assistant for the work between patients.

TypeBuild is building an AI assistant that supports doctors and their staff the way a capable office manager would — handling the routine work in the background, flagging what needs a human, and always leaving the judgment calls to your team.

Keeps the calendar full, so staff don't have to watch it

Books, reschedules, and backfills cancellations across staff and rooms — without double‑booking a provider or overpromising a slot.

Chases claims so your staff doesn't have to

Tracks submissions, catches denials early, and follows up with payers on a schedule — instead of a spreadsheet someone remembers to open.

Handles the small, constant asks

Intake forms, reminders, records requests — the steady stream of tasks that are simple individually and exhausting in aggregate, cleared before they pile up on the front desk.

03 · Where we are

We're in alpha, and deliberately quiet about it. TypeBuild is being built and tested directly with a small number of healthcare practices, in the way that matters most for this kind of software — close to real patients, real claims, and real front‑desk chaos.

We're not running a public launch yet. We're making sure the assistant earns the trust this work requires — and stays a second set of hands, not a replacement for the people doing the caring — before we ask anyone else to rely on it.

Interested? We'd like to hear from you.

If you run a small healthcare practice curious about what this looks like in your workflow — or you're someone we should be talking to — reach out directly.

We read everything that comes in. No newsletter, no funnel — just a reply.
